"Win Credits" means the fictional virtual currency used exclusively within our social casino games. Win Credits have no monetary value, cannot be redeemed for cash, and cannot be transferred outside the Platform. "User" or "you" means any person who accesses the Platform. "Subscription" means an optional paid plan that delivers additional Win Credits to registered users.

2. Acceptance of Terms

Your use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Disclaimer, and Responsible Gaming guidelines, which are incorporated by reference. We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

3. Eligibility and Age Requirement

The Platform is intended solely for individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or the age of legal majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is higher. By using the Platform you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. 4. Nature of the Service — Social Casino Only

Feels Like A Win operates strictly as a social casino and entertainment platform. We do not offer real-money gambling, sports betting, or any form of wagering involving fiat currency, cryptocurrency, or items of monetary value. You cannot deposit money to play, you cannot win real money or physical prizes, and you cannot withdraw or cash out Win Credits or any in-game balance.

5. Win Credits and Virtual Items

Win Credits are licensed to you for use on the Platform only. They are not your property, have no cash value, and may not be sold, traded, gifted, or exchanged. We may modify Win Credit balances, grant promotional credits, or adjust virtual economies at our discretion for operational, balancing, or promotional reasons.

Optional Subscriptions (Starter, Plus, Max tiers as described on our Business Model page) provide additional Win Credits. Subscription fees are processed by third-party payment providers. Purchasing a Subscription does not entitle you to real-money winnings or convert Win Credits into anything of monetary value.

6. Account Registration

Certain features, including Subscriptions, may require account registration. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@feelslikeawin.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

We reserve the right to refuse registration, suspend, or terminate accounts at our discretion, including for violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, abusive behaviour, or conduct harmful to other users or the Platform.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) use the Platform for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from our games or website; (c) use bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the Platform; (d) interfere with or disrupt servers or networks; (e) impersonate any person or entity; (f) harass, abuse, or harm others; (g) circumvent age verification or access controls; (h) exploit bugs or glitches for unfair advantage; (i) use the Platform to promote real-money gambling services without our written consent.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, audio, and design — is owned by or licensed to Feels Like A Win and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FEELS LIKE A WIN AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM OR (B) FIFTY US DOLLARS (USD $50).

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Feels Like A Win from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions that by nature should survive (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law) shall survive termination.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to our operating entity, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall first be addressed by contacting legal@feelslikeawin.com. If unresolved, disputes may be submitted to binding arbitration or courts of competent jurisdiction as permitted by applicable law.
